The ICS Triplex T8314 is a fiber optic transmitter/receiver (TX/RX) unit designed to extend the Trusted Expander Bus over long distances. It converts the copper-based Expander Bus signals to fiber optic, enabling secure, high-speed communication between the main chassis and remote I/O chassis up to 10 kilometers away. It features a triple modular redundancy (TMR) architecture for critical safety applications.
